How to create a form or survey using our awesome form builder
If you are looking for a step by step guide on how to create a beautiful form or survey using our form builder, you have come to the right place. In this tutorial, we will go through creating a form from your workspace, creating a few questions, previewing the form and sharing out the form. Step 1: Create a form in your workspace
Once you have signed up for our service, you will land on your default workspace. At the center of the page, there is a create form button that you should click on to create your first form in this workspace. You will either be able to choose a template or Start from Scratch. For the purpose of this tutorial, we recommend you to start from scratch. You will then be prompted to give your form a name.
Step 2: Create your first question
Once you have created your form, you will be prompted to choose a question. Wispform offers many question types you can choose from. For now, we will create a short answer question.
Step 3: Write and configure your question
Now that you have created the question, you can write your question in the center of the page. On the right hand side, you can add a description, which will show up as small text under the question. You can also toggle on required, which prevents people from submitting a response without giving an answer to this question.
Step 4: Add an image to your question (Premium Feature)
You can also add or remove an image to the question if you are on the paid tier.

You can also add a multiple choice question. Use the center to add additional choices. Note that on the right hand side, there are some additional configuration for multichoice questions including multi select which allows users to choose multiple choices and add other which allows user to enter something of their own choice.

If you are on the paid tier, you can also configure logic jump for each question. Simply select the logic jump configuration on the right hand side. For multichoice, rating, dropdown and yes/no questions, you can setup conditions and which questions to jump to. For all other question types, you can choose to jump to any question in the form.

On the top of the form builder, you can use the theme button to change the color of the background, text and answer of your form to any color you want. You can also preview your form before you share it with the world.
